This Privacy Policy describes how Ole Distribution, LLC and our affiliates (collectively, “OLE”, “we”, “us” or “our”) use and disclose information we collect about and from you when you use any United States-based digital property owned or operated by OLE (“Site” or “Sites”)). The Information We Collect.
Certain Sites may ask you to provide personal information for the legitimate business purpose of the services provided by OLE. Our Sites are for general audiences and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly permit children under the age of thirteen (13) to provide personal or non-personally identifiable information on our Sites, nor do we otherwise knowingly collect such information from or about anyone under the age of thirteen (13). Should a minor want to participate as a registered user, it will be necessary to have obtained prior authorization by his/her parents.
